Having Problems?

If your Home Page does not fully load after you login, please update your Java settings (if you have admin rights) or submit a Service Desk Request.    To update the settings go to your Control Panel > Java > Update tab > and then click on the Update Now button. 

If you are trying to view a WebEx recording and it isn't buffering properly, that typically indicates it's a connectivity issue, VPN related, or an issue on the WebEx server end, causing slow buffering for all users. This doesn't happen often, but when it does please try again later.
